5 Jan 2008 - Spanish Conversation Group
The group meets fortnightly on a Monday morning for about 1.5 hours to include coffee and chat.
At present there are six members, two of whom can speak Spanish and four who have some knowledge and are trying to do better or, at least, not forget all they ever knew!
Sometimes we prepare topics for discussion and have used bbc.co.uk/languages for material. Recently we have read out and translated some simple and amusing stories.
