FREE course/study material from the Open University (OU) is available through the Openlearn project.  Further details will be found at "Useful Stuff".  In addition, there are many on-line courses available from the U3A. The address is www.u3a.org.uk, then click on the 'Online Courses' link on the left of the homepage.  The cost is £15 and they take 8 or 9 weeks. 

 

 A new batch of tutored online courses begin on January 6th 2009 and enrollment is on the U3A website www.u3a.org.uk, accessed via homepage and online courses.

 

Our neighbours, Liphook U3A, have started a Jazz Appreciation Group and would welcome members from Petersfield.  You'll find more details at Useful Stuff.  (If you are into Jazz there is information on a trip to the Ghent Jazz Festival in Useful Stuff).

 

Liphook U3A have an Air Rifle Target Shooting Club which Petersfield members are invited to attend.  More details in Useful Stuff.
